From 3 to 5 October 2025, the Federal Council of the UIGSE met in Shkodër, Albania.
Sixty participants from 18 associations 
came together to discuss and make decisions on major issues currently facing the UIGSE, including Eurocamps, Eurojam 2027, the Beavers programme and the integration of non-European associations. The Federal Bureau presented its moral and financial reports, which were unanimously approved — a clear sign of the Federal Council’s confidence in the Federal Bureau and the Federal Team.

In this digital age, human relationships should not be neglected, especially among Scouts. Before we all meet again at Eurojam in Italy in 2027, why not camp together at Eurocamps or walk together on Euroroads?
Congratulations to the Albanian association, which celebrated the 30th anniversary of its foundation by inviting former members to share how Scouting has contributed to their personal lives. Thank you also to this small association that re-started 4 years ago for the very warm welcome, where everyone worked hard to make this Federal Council a real success!
